Fiberglass Industrial Backdraft Damper
Single Blade - Round
FRP-BDR backdraft dampers are used in applications where corrosive air exists for exhaust, air supply or pressure relief. They employ a rugged round fiberglass channel frame and a single round counterbalanced fiberglass blade to restrict reverse airflow and to permit the forward flow of air in the intended direction. Adjustable counterbalance attached to the quadrant permits field adjustment to regulate start-to-open and full open blade operation. The FRP-BDR damper may be mounted vertically or horizontally in either exhaust or intake installations for medium to high velocity and pressure applications.
