The PEV-445 extruded aluminum penthouse is designed for elevator shaft and gravity ventilator applications. The PEV-445 includes an SD-151, Class 1 smoke damper that fails open for smoke evacuation.

Material: Mill finish 6063-T5 extruded aluminum and 12 ga. (2.0) galvanized steel curb.
Frame: 4" deep x 0.081" thick (102 x 2) channel.
Blades: 45° x 0.081" (2) thick J-style.
Corner: Boxed.
Roof: 0.063" (1.6) 5052-H32 aluminum sheet with cross-break.
Window: 1/8" (3.2) thick annealed glass.
Screen: 1/2" x 0.063" (12.7 x 1.6) expanded and flattened aluminum.
Penthouse Size: 38-1/2" × 38-1/2" × 18" (978 × 978 × 457).
Curb Height: 36" (914).
Damper Model: SD-151 Class 1 Smoke Damper, Power Close 2 x Internal Mount 120V AC Actuators
Damper Size: 26" × 26" (660 × 660)
